


As part of Google’s ongoing investment in internal culture and employee experience, Daniel led creative direction and design across multiple on-campus activations designed to surprise, delight, and bring moments of joy into the workday. Spanning seasonal celebrations and large-scale cultural moments, these experiences transformed Google campuses into immersive environments from a whimsical winter holiday Candyland and ice-skating takeover to a Coachella-inspired internal festival known as Googlefest. Each activation was designed to feel distinct while remaining unified under Google’s brand ethos, reinforcing a workplace culture rooted in creativity, play, and human connection.

Serving as both creative lead and production partner, Daniel worked closely with internal stakeholders and event teams from concept through execution, maintaining design integrity while adapting to the logistical realities of active campuses.
