A branded takeover of the Gaylord Hotel in Texas, transforming a four-day real estate conference into an immersive, multi-zone experience for over 3,500 attendees.

Held at the Gaylord Hotel in Grapevine, Texas, Build 2022 welcomed thousands of EXP Realty agents, partners, and stakeholders from across the country. Daniel led the creative development for the entire event — expanding on the existing brand identity to craft a seamless visual experience across lounges, activations, stage zones, and directional signage. From pitch to production, his work elevated the conference into a cohesive, high-impact environment that balanced functionality with visual storytelling.

Working within EXP’s brand guidelines, Daniel reimagined the identity system to scale across an expansive venue and multi-day programming. The design incorporated immersive touchpoints such as a bespoke platinum VIP lounge, branded merchandise installations, a massage and wellness zone, and photo-forward activations. His focus was on building experiences that felt premium, engaging, and spatially intuitive — all while maintaining brand clarity.

The creative direction extended the brand into real space, bringing moments of interaction and relaxation into a unified visual language tailored to the venue and audience.

He developed layouts, renderings, and design specs in collaboration with vendors, and traveled on site to oversee execution. Serving as both creative lead and client-facing manager, he worked closely with fabricators and event teams to ensure precise alignment with the original vision.

The event’s visual identity elevated every zone of the property, creating a branded environment that guided 3,500+ attendees while delivering standout moments of design, utility, and hospitality.
